Quality Control
Product quality is evaluated at all 4 stages of the manufacturing process:
- Mixing
- Extrusion and Forming
- Drying and firing of course all products receive an additional final performance test.
Tighter Tolerances: To offer you closer tolerances, we have cut our allowed diameter variation in half on products 1/2″ or smaller.
Reduced Effluence: Because of lower media wear, you will reduce the amount of effluence you generate. Lower Unit Cost Reduce your cycle time and media consumption by using our fast-cut compositions.
