Cast Urethane Screens

Heavy duty wire reinforced molded screens with up to 2″ sq opening.

A thorough inspection is done to look for any flaws, then the unit is sprayed with metal primer. The mold is set into the unit, liquid urethane is poured resulting in a cast lining. After mold removal the unit is painted with two coats of an epoxy.

Use this lining in any and most equipment that requires a tough, durable and long lasting lining.
